1. What is Website Habitat?

Website Habitat is a way for coaches and other service professionals to get a website that looks attractive and helps them get more clients.

2. Why should I have Website Habitat make my website?

Because we’ve made the process as simple and affordable as possible. When you work with us, you’ll get to choose from a variety of pre-made basic designs, which you can then customize easily.

Also, because we focus on serving coaches and service professionals like you. We know how to create websites that draw clients to coaching practices.

3. What’s included in the cost of each Website Habitat design package?

4. Are there any extra fees?

Each package costs a one-time flat fee, so there are no extra fees. If you choose to have us perform additional work beyond the scope of the package you’ve ordered, there may be additional fees – which we’ll make clear to you beforehand so you can always decide what you want to do.

5. How long will it take for you to finish creating my website?

Usually, less than a week. We make sure to communicate promptly with you throughout the design process so you don’t have to worry about what’s going on with your new website.

6. What do I need to do during the design process?

Very little. Depending on the package you buy, you may need to give us simple guidance regarding things like what colors you prefer or where you want certain things to appear on your site. We’ll always keep you informed of those decisions so that the process can be as smooth as possible.

7. What’s the difference between your service plans?

The main difference is the level of customization.

With our Tundra package, you do all the customization yourself after we give you the initial design – and we give you helpful support materials and training videos to make that as easy as possible.

With our Grasslands package, we do one round of customization for you. This means you can make a set of requests to have us do things like change the colors of your design, move sidebars and menus around, and add your business logo for you.

With our Alpine package, we do two or more rounds of customization, and you pretty much just enjoy the ride. :)

8. I already have a website. Can I keep it where it is and just have you make it look nicer?

Yes! We can migrate some or all of your existing content for you. There may be additional service fees for this work, which we’ll let you know about in advance so you can decide whether you want to do it yourself.
